STEWARDSHIP FOR ALL SEASONS

A new task force was formed in 2022 to organize the Stewardship for All Seasons Program.  This is a two year plan for a year-round Stewardship program encouraged by the Southern Ohio Synod to empower congregations to go beyond the struggle for survival in a changing world.  This program can unlock the key that allows congregations to dream big in ministry and to attain the financial resources needed to make these dreams come true.  The task force came up with 4 initiatives to encourage people to increase their giving to the church.  The following are bulletin inserts for the different initiatives:

God’s Work, Our Hands

Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

Our work is both given by God and should be done in service to Him; no matter how small or great the task.  Stewardship is giving our time, talents and treasures in service to God, appreciating the love, forgiveness and blessings we receive.  It’s doing God’s work with our hands.

A Christian's work should be characterized by enthusiasm, confidence and diligence in work.  Roll up your sleeves and get your hands busy!  How are you able to serve God this year?  What are you able to give in order for Trinity to “Celebrate God’s Grace By Sharing His Love With All People?”  As you prepare your pledge, prayerfully consider how you might increase what you’ve been able to share in the past.

Please return the pledge card and time and talent sheets. They can be placed in the Offering Plate or directed to Kim Klipstine, Financial Secretary.
