Education

At Trinity, we believe that faith in Jesus Christ is a gift from God — given freely, neither earned nor deserved.

When faith begins, its development continues for a lifetime. Taking the faith journey means living out a commitment to make Jesus Christ the Lord of Life.

The faith journey begins in infancy with the Rite of Holy Baptism, continues from age three through adulthood with Christian Education classes.   Please check our Events Calendar for times and dates of classes and activities.

New Member Classes are offered as needed.

First Communion - Any baptized person, regardless of age, may take first communion, provided that the person receive instruction from the pastor and has the approval of both his/her parents/guardians and the pastor.

ADULTS

Trinity offers a Prayer Time on Tuesday mornings at 8:00 am on Trinity's Facebook Page..

A Sunday Morning Bible Study is held at 9:15 am to discuss the Gospel Reading for the day.
The group has found this very beneficial in listening to the sermon.  Each week is obviously a different Bible lesson so you can jump in anytime and join the discussion.  You don't need to
be a Bible scholar to attend.  This group meets September through May.

YOUNG LEADERS
This group is for post confirmation age (grades 8-12).  Current events and topics of interest that concern
this age group are discussed.  Check the calendar for schedules.  Contact the church office for more information.

CHILDREN

Sunday School classes are offered for children beginning with age 3 through grade 5.  The
class offers Bible stories and activities.  Sunday School is in session September through May.

Confirmation/Affirmation of Baptism

Youth, who are sixth grade or older and have not yet participated in Affirmation of Baptism and who attend Trinity, are eligible to participate in confirmation classes.  The youth are required to attend a 2 year course of studies to prepare them for the the rite of Affirmation of Baptism, traditionally called Confirmation.
